We also perform final cleaning for residential construction projects — new homes, model homes and residential developments — when we are retained by the builder, developer or general contractor. We do not accept projects directly from individual homeowners.
Turnover cleaning is the focused clean performed immediately before a space changes hands. It follows the main post-construction clean and addresses whatever has accumulated since — punch-crew dust, installation marks, and general handling from the parties who have been through the space.
It is a presentation pass rather than a repeat of the full construction clean, though where the interval has been long the scope may need to approach one.

As close to the handoff as practical, and after FF&E, merchandising, signage, and IT installation. Each of those generates dust and marks, so cleaning before them usually means repeating the work.

Debris hauling, trade repairs, remediation, and ongoing housekeeping after handoff fall outside this scope.
